Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Hypertec Cloud Inc. in Ville Saint-Laurent. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to the executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business units, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to optimize cash management and banking relationships.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information and analysis.
Requirements:
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software, such as SAP Business One.
