Food and Beverage Service Associate at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff
  • Assist and upsell guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Handle cash transactions and balance the register accurately and efficiently
  • Follow proper procedures for food service and beverage preparation, ensuring high-quality products and presentation
  • Take food orders, plate dishes, and sell beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with cleaning tasks and garbage removal, contributing to a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to company policies and protocols, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the success of our food and beverage team
