Job Title: Heating and Power Plant Engineer
Location: Regina, SK
About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Heating and Power Plant Engineer to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our heating and power plants.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain heating and power plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
* Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and improve plant efficiency
* Develop and implement procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
* 2+ years of experience in a related field
* Strong knowledge of heating and power plant systems and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
