• Direct safe navigation and docking operations

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training
• Report and prevent hazardous incidents effectively
• Keep training and certification records updated
Requirements:
• Master, Near Coastal Certificate of Competency
• Proven experience in confined water navigation
• Knowledge of safety and management systems
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
