We're looking for an SEM Associate Director to join our Media Practice. This role is a great fit for someone with a strong tactical SEM background who is ready to transition into a more strategic and leadership position. As an SEM Associate Director, you'll start building skills in strategy and client management with the guidance of a Senior Director, helping to shape client account direction, mentoring a team, and continuing to develop your leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Strategy: Work with the Senior Director to build SEM strategies that deliver results for pharma clients.
2. Mentor the Team: Mentor and guide SEM Managers and Specialists, ensuring they meet client goals.
3. Build Client Relationships: Begin working closely with clients, sharing insights and recommendations.
4. Optimize Campaigns: Work with Media Planning, Analytics, and Web Development teams to improve campaign results.
5. Develop Leadership Skills: Grow your experience in strategy and client management on the path to becoming a Director.
Key Qualifications:
1. 5-7 years of SEM experience, with a strong focus on tactical execution and results.
2. Experience mentoring others and working well with a team.
3. Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft AdCenter, and familiarity with Search Ads 360 (SA360).
4. Strong skills in data analysis with Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Excellent communication skills and an urge to learn.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience in highly regulated industries like pharma.
2. Knowledge of cross-channel media strategies.
