Description

Our client is a fast-growing brokerage in Vancouver looking to add to their Employee Benefits team.

What you will be doing:

- Provide comprehensive client service for employee benefits programs
- Review and prepare insurance quotes and proposal documents
- Manage client implementation processes, including applications and enrollments
- Manage inquiries and provide support for plan administration
- Coordinate with insurance carriers on plan amendments, billings, and enrollments
- Assist members in sourcing individual coverages
- Manage daily account administration and ensure proper documentation

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 5 years of Employee Benefits experience
- LLQP/Life License is always a plus
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA)
- Strong numerical literacy and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and great customer service
