Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

About the Opportunity Opening and closing files Drafting/proofreading, serving, and filing legal documents Providing transcriptions Managing day to day demands of multiple lawyers and their practices Maintaining physical and electronic document system Preparing bills of costs Calendar and email management Other duties as assigned About You ·2+ years of experience in the legal industry ·Experience in general commercial litigation as well as the commercial list Experience with construction liens Familiarity with Caselines Bankruptcy and insolvency experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi-task and manage your time in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Maintain strict confidentiality Completion of a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma an asset Salary Range $65,000 - $100,000 /year How to Apply Click the "Apply Now" button and follow the instructions to submit your resume.
