4. Work with the People team in the development and management of DE&I programs. Drive the implementation of programs and initiatives across the globe, with a focus on education & awareness.
5. Create a culture of DE&I learning and awareness by designing DE&I learning initiatives, organizing DE&I events and/or partnering with L&D and our diversity-focused partners in providing learning opportunities to Hootsuite employees.
6. Review, design and measure DE&I learning programs. Identify creative ways to analyze, narrate and report on the impact of DE&I programs.
7. Identify and recommend DE&I focused partners to the People Leadership Team and other key stakeholders within the People team.
8. Track and manage the DE&I budget. Perform reconciliation analysis and prepare periodic budget reports for the management team as required.
9. Conduct industry research using online tools and publications; identify opportunities and make recommendations to inform the development of DE&I programs.
10. Develop and maintain DE&I guidelines and resources for all employees, including gender transition guidelines, pronouns guidelines, ERG playbook, etc. Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the guidelines and resources remain relevant and effective.
