Senior Project Manager to deliver a multi-phase Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) program, including operationalization (OT) of projects using Agile delivery including developing and delivering executive level presentations Our energy organization client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver a multi-phase Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) program, including operationalization (OT) of projects using Agile delivery including developing and delivering executive level presentations Edmonton Candidates preferred
- Candidates must be located in Edmonton or Calgary. Hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days from home Must Haves:
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering OT and IT operational enhancement projects integrating technology with business operations
- Previous experience working on projects within ADMS, SCADA, AMI, AMR, DERMS etc
- Expertise in creating detailed Project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Delivery across a complex matrix organization coordinating with cross-functional teams in an Agile and Waterfall project delivery
- Experience with developing and delivering executive level presentations.
- Previous experience in Risk management, including identification, mitigation, and resolution.
- Deliver OT, IT, and operational enhancement projects integrating technology solutions with business operations
- Manage delivery across a complex matrix organization coordinating business, technology, data, integration, and change teams
- Plan, schedule, and manage resources to meet project timelines
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to enable adoption of system and process changes
- Present to steering committees on risks, progress, and variances
- Manage RFPs and procurement, vendor selection, third-party vendors, contracts, and SOWs
