Build Salesforce automation and Apex solutions for Walter Surface Technologies, with remote work available from Canada and direct business collaboration.
Walter seeks an experienced professional combining Sales Cloud administration with development capability. The position connects business discussions to configuration, testing, deployment, and follow-up across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. External partners may support larger projects and specialized requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and assess existing Salesforce setup
- Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and tests
- Investigate automation, data, and integration issues
- Coordinate sandbox testing and user acceptance testing
- Review partner work and maintain internal support knowledge
Requirements:
- Four or more years of progressive Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce security model and data management knowledge
- Experience writing and troubleshooting Apex and SOQL
- Experience gathering requirements from business users
- Salesforce Administrator certification and bilingual French-English proficiency Bring Sales Cloud, Apex, Flow, and testing expertise to practical Salesforce improvements supporting Walter’s Canadian operations.
