A leading UK food manufacturer is looking for a Multi‑Skilled Engineering Technician to support continued growth. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by resolving breakdowns, delivering planned maintenance and supporting site‑wide improvements in machinery, hygiene, quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance

- Support continuous improvement activities across the site

- Work within an established PPM schedule alongside breakdown response

- Provide mechanical and electrical support to all operational areas

- Fault finding, breakdown cover and equipment installation

About You:

- Multi‑skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, etc.)

- HACCP and GMP qualified

- Familiar with safe systems of work

- Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment with tools such as TPM

- Understanding of OEE

- Positive attitude, practical problem solver, eager to learn and proactive in driving change
