Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve service delivery across departments
• Partner with teams to maximize IT project benefits
• Gather user requirements using workshops and surveys
• Create process models to prototype solutions proactively
• Develop and execute test plans ensuring requirements are met
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Computing Science or Business Administration
• 3+ years in project management or 5+ years without formal training
• Experience with requirements analysis and process mapping
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments and related certifications Foster impactful partnerships while delivering solutions and enhancing service delivery as a Senior Business Analyst.
