Our client has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them an Enterprise Solutions Architect.
ROSS is an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.
Our client is in the location information management business. They enable their clients with the data products, technology and professional services required to harness the benefits of location intelligence. They have a blue-chip customer base composed of Fortune 1000 and government accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on experience in Enterprise Solution Design Environment.
2. Experience in Webservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Architecture Integration, .NET, business process management.
3. Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
4. The ability to identify client's requirements and translate them into tangible deliverables.
5. The ability to manage the client's expectations.
6. The ability to multi-task and interact with various groups to achieve goals successfully.
7. The ability to consult with clients and build strong, confident relationships resulting in win-win situations.
8. The ability to offer clients insight and guidance regarding the best possible solutions.
9. Experience in developing conceptual solutions for projects, estimating total cost, setting realistic timelines, and achieving them while recommending viable solutions.
10. Experience in evaluating current architecture and design and offering creative alternative design solutions that address the needs and challenges clients are facing.
