Responsibilities

As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this person will be responsible for project coordination thru the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of solutions. This person will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.

- Provides full support to the Program/Project Managers in their role of Program/Project Delivery in the provision of project schedule, cost and finance information to aid the Program/Project control and monitoring.

- Will work within a structured team environment with some having line management responsibilities.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

- Manages and Co-ordinates the Project Schedule with the team members and make sure they know their scope and responsibilities;

- Compiles and maintains Project reports and MOM;

- Manages communication across the project team, i.e change in Schedule or any other Key Project Updates;

- Vendor co-ordination and relationship if applicable;

- Assists Project Manager / Program Manager and assist in Budget Monitoring and Meeting with stakeholders.

- Should have progressing skills in Process – specific.

- Should have baseline skills in General Reporting, Financial Analysis, Continuous (Service) Improvement & Project Management.
