We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and tools, ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Location: Brockville Rate of Pay: 23.11 Responsibilities - Operate and monitor machinery to produce components according to specifications. - Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to ensure accuracy in production. - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
