Description of Assignment:
This SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst role includes gathering and documenting as-is processes, business requirements for the to-be solution, prioritizing business processes, and participating in customer meetings/workshops. Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis, definition, and documentation for business, system, and data processes following leading practices.
Skills and Certifications:
Mandatory:
1. 10+ years' experience leading clients through business re-engineering for procurement and logistics related to processes leveraging SAP.
2. Experience working with ARIBA integrated with SAP S/4.
3. 1 full SAP Supply Chain related end-to-end implementation for as-is and to-be process analysis and requirements documentation.
4. Knowledge of industry best practices in Procurement and Logistics.
5. Excellent English language communication skills – written and verbal.
Other skills:
1. Understanding of SAP's Activate Methodology.
2. Minimum 2 years of practical experience with using a wide variety of techniques to document requirements.
3. Strong knowledge as a Business Analyst, of supply chain processes and integration to Finance S/4.
4. Strong standard SAP knowledge of Commercial Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement Management, Finance integration with Procurement.
5. Minimum 1 year knowledge of SAP Supply Chain products including Ariba.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Minimum 6 months of transit-specific project experience working on procurement and materials management transformation modernization initiatives.
Certification:
1. CBAP or equivalent is an asset.
2. Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
3. SAP Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Ariba certification is an asset.
Assignment Duties:
1. Requirements gathering and development for the RFP document.
2. Participate in the deployment of the new business processes including end-user training and transition to TTC support Team.
3. Prepare and maintain associated project documentation as necessary.
4. Facilitate business requirements gathering through workshops and interviews with process owners.
5. Work closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day-to-day processes.
6. Create test plans, training materials, and system documentation for internal and external clients.
7. Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation as necessary.
8. Assist with SAP End-User Training to all relevant stakeholders.
9. Prepare functional specs for all system changes, working with developers where necessary.
10. Participate in project planning, change management, communications, testing, training, go-live and post go-live support activities.
11. Participate in solution scoping, requirements analysis, gap analysis, feasibility, functional design, application configuration, technical specification, testing, production deployment, support, and training.
12. Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, and practices in performing required work.

7. Translate business requirements into system requirements.
8. Support project planning, change management, communications, testing, training, go-live and post go-live support activities.
