Lightspeed is expanding. With a strong and fast-growing customer base in the Belgian hospitality market, we are now focused on significantly increasing our footprint in the Brussels region. To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Account Executive who can accelerate our presence, win market share, and build long-term relationships with restaurateurs.

If you’re the kind of salesperson who likes being out in the field, meeting customers, building relationships, closing deals, and seeing your impact directly reflected in the company growth—this is your role.

Lightspeed is building the leading restaurant platform that helps hospitality businesses adapt, take control, and focus on what they do best: creating the restaurants they love.

***Note that this role is based in Belgium - focussed on the hospitality market in Brussel***

Your responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales: You can identify, reach out to, and convert new restaurant prospects—from cold outreach or walk-ins to closing the deal.

- Prospect intelligently: You know how to build and maintain a strong pipeline through self-sourcing. You don’t wait for leads—you create them.

- Understand restaurateurs’ needs and translate them into tailored Lightspeed solutions that genuinely help their business thrive.

- Represent Lightspeed in Brussels, owning your territory and building relationships that strengthen our brand presence.

- Collaborate with internal teams so customers experience a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.

- Use Salesforce (or any CRM) to manage your pipeline and track results.

- Position us competitively by understanding the Brussels hospitality landscape and knowing how to stand out.

What you will bring to the team:

- Fluent French and Dutch—essential for commercial success in Brussels.

- Strong customer-facing sales experience (prospecting + closing), ideally in hospitality tech, SaaS, or a similar industry.

- Comfortable being in the field daily, meeting owners, managers, and decision-makers.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.

- A track record of beating targets and taking ownership of your results.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, scaling environment.

- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the flexibility to adapt.

- Technical confidence; Salesforce experience is a plus.
