We are currently seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our Calgary office. This entry-level position offers the potential for further growth within the company. The Client Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of care for our clients by working closely with our Health Care Workers and Nursing Team. This role involves continuous learning, education, and upholding the heritage of our company. The ideal candidate will cultivate positive relationships with clients and employees, promptly address issues, and demonstrate empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Client intake: Entering client information and setting up schedules in our database.
- Coordinating and maintaining client and employee schedules.
- Gathering feedback from clients and employees through phone calls and home visits.
- General administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and data entry.
- Customer service: Handling complaints and issues, providing effective resolutions.
- HR assistance: Screening and interviewing applicants for Health Care Worker positions.
- Participating in the after-hours on-call rotation (once every four weeks).

Qualifications:

- Self-motivated and adept at multitasking.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, even under pressure.
- Strong team player.
- A minimum of a Class 5-GDL driver's license with a reliable vehicle is highly preferred.
