We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analysing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols.
- Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyse and interpret clinical trial data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimise study outcomes.
- Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and facilitate smooth trial processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical trial management.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Detail‑oriented and organised, with a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
