You may have also acquired the following skills:

- Experience executing design and/or EPC projects (either in a Project Management or Engineering capacity) with OPG will be considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear design engineering, engineering change control and related codes and standards.
- Ability to respond rapidly to changing demands and transition between diverse projects and work teams
- Strong problem-solving ability demonstrated through enhanced productivity
- Demonstrates experience training and mentoring others plus proven ability to interact well at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Project Engineer / Proposal Lead in Pickering or Mississauga, Ontario (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. This role will be primarily to lead and support preparation of detailed proposals for engineering and EPC projects for our clients.

The role will involve working directly with the engineering and projects team to plan an overall strategy for execution of potential projects and work towards finalizing a successful bid. There will also be opportunity to interface with the client directly during kickoff/clarification meetings as well as collaborative strategy discussions. This position requires occasional travel.
