JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Business Center Manager, the Inside Salesperson is expected to interact with customers by taking their orders, answering price inquiries, providing technical information and helping them solve problems. The Inside Salesperson must also be involved in the sale of products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond to calls promptly and professionally, listen carefully to customers, understand and respond to their needs;
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
- On occasion, negotiate prices and special conditions with customers and/or vendors according to criteria established by his/her manager;
- Take action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner and follow up to ensure commitments are subsequently met;
- Proactively propose associated and/or alternative products where necessary;
- Promote targeted products to generate additional sales;
- Promptly inform the appropriate person (business center manager, outside sales representative) of customer comments concerning price, products, service, etc;
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of various product lines and expand system knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 to 3 years of industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience;
- Excellent knowledge of French written and spoken;
- Demonstrated people skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Knowledge of our market's products and services;
- Must be customer service driven and adaptable to change;
- Good knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook).
