About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Reliability and Maintenance Services to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its airport. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving the performance, resilience, and modernization of the airport's physical infrastructure and operational technology. This high-impact position demands a leader with a strong technical foundation and executive-level capability in complex, asset-intensive environments. The role is focused on delivering exceptional reliability, elevating efficiency, and shaping a technology-driven asset strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals in sustainability, growth, and world-class passenger experience.
Key responsibilities
for the Executive Director include overseeing a vast portfolio of critical airport systems, ensuring reliability excellence, and leading a large, unionized skilled-trades workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing enterprise asset management systems, optimizing asset lifecycles, and delivering measurable improvements in reliability, cost, and sustainability. Experience in redevelopment planning, risk management, and infrastructure resilience is essential, as is a forward-looking mindset that embraces innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. The role also requires strong vendor and contract oversight, as well as the ability to influence planning, design, and commissioning of new infrastructure in partnership with various stakeholders.
