What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Learning Design colleagues to estimate work effort, set timelines, and enhance learning experiences.
- Leverage best-in-class methodologies and innovative technologies to create learning solutions across multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, digital).
- Develop learning assets such as web-based training modules, job aids, participant guides, and infographics.
- Design graphic elements to support learning content, ensuring alignment with branding, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices.
- Lead quality assurance and testing processes with internal teams and vendors to ensure digital assets meet business requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed:
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in a learning development role.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 3 & 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Audacity).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Basic to intermediate HTML coding skills.
- Experience designing and developing learning content across multiple formats (mobile, social, gamification, video, classroom, virtual, and blended learning).
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Awareness of learning industry trends and emerging technologies.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Dreamweaver.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
- Experience in the financial services sector.
- Bilingual (English/French).
