Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute H2Safety’s long-term training strategy
- Own revenue, gross margin, pricing, and department budget
- Deliver courses and facilitate client exercises regularly
- Lead instructor qualification, scheduling, utilization, and performance
- Report training service-line KPIs and quality improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, education, business, or related field
- 10+ years emergency management experience
- 5+ years leading training programs and managing staff
- Qualified to instruct ICS Canada curriculum courses
- Exercise design and evaluation experience Bring strategic planning, ICS instruction, exercise facilitation, and financial leadership to H2Safety’s growing training service line.
