Lead the structural engineering team at Canada Rocket Company and influence the design of our first medium-lift launch vehicle. Drive innovation through strategic engineering decisions. As the Head of Structures, you will be responsible for the engineering strategy that ensures the structural integrity of our launch systems. This foundation role requires collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver efficient designs and manufacturing processes. You will also focus on developing your team while tackling complex structural challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Define structural engineering direction for launch systems
• Oversee design and validation of critical components
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize integration solutions
• Establish testing standards and analytical approaches
• Mentor and build a strong engineering culture

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in aerospace structural engineering
• Significant background in technical leadership
• Expertise in structural integrity under diverse loads
