This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting senior leadership. You will act as an extension of the Vice President’s office, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to high-profile initiatives.**Key Responsibilities*** **Daily Administrative Support:** Deliver daily administrative assistance to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and dynamic calendar management, expense reporting, travel arrangements, coordinating on-site events, and managing communications.* **Large-Scale Event Execution:** Plan and organize high-visibility corporate events such as monthly and quarterly Dealer meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.* Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale events, including the annual Dealer convention.* **Project Coordination**: Utilize Planview to format bi-weekly project reporting, coordinate work-back schedules, update project statuses, follow up with key stakeholders for outstanding items, and manage project financials.* **Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and reliable responses.* **Financial Management**: Manage vendor invoicing, expense submissions, and maintain financial and budget documentation using Excel.**What You Bring*** **Experience**: 5+ years supporting VP-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.* **Technical Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
