Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders strategically
- Conduct performance consulting and learning needs analysis
- Develop long-term learning strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Build business cases and define learning rollout plans
- Manage escalations and external learning partner relationships
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the learning and development space
- Experience in learning consultation
- Vendor relations and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and solutions
