Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead high-impact security initiatives across multiple teams
• Manage the Security organization’s planning and roadmap execution
• Foster communication and prioritization of security tasks
• Create and oversee security KPIs to measure success
• Develop executive dashboards to enhance visibility of projects
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management, preferably in security
• Deep understanding of security protocols and technical communication
• Proven cross-functional leadership skills
• High independence in structuring work and priorities
• Interest in leveraging AI for security advancements Contribute to Asana's commitment to security excellence and team collaboration.
