The RoleWe are looking for a senior engineer or technician with a strong passion for technology and customer service to join our team. In this key role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers. You will work directly in the field to provide troubleshooting, training, and technical support, while also serving as a critical link between the Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.

This position requires regular travel within Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical interventions at customer sites (equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation)

Provide advanced technical support, both on site and remotely

Train customers on the proper use of Probewell equipment and software

Collaborate with the Sales team to support technical demonstrations and pre-/post-sales activities

Collect field feedback and communicate it to the R&D team to support continuous product improvement

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events as required

Contribute to the improvement of technical documentation and support tools

Profile Sought

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant technical diploma with equivalent experience

Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in technical support, instrumentation, or electrical equipment

Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a field-based environment

Comfortable with frequent travel

Very good command of French and English (spoken and written); Spanish is an asset
