The Project Manager Level 1 plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of low to medium risk business process change or similar projects. This involves leading project teams and applying project management principles to deliver results safely, with quality, and on time.
This position supports the Senior Regulatory Specialist and project team in crafting compelling Capital Project Applications (full-length business cases for projects exceeding $100 million) for submission to the BC Utilities Commission (BCUC). Following submission, the role is responsible for coordinating replies from subject matter experts, reviewing these responses, and overseeing reviews by Senior leadership in response to questions raised by the BCUC and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
