• Prepare materials for welding and fabrication
• Grind, deburr, and finish metal components
• Cut, measure, and drill parts accurately
• Organize and move materials safely
• Assist welders with fitting and positioning materials
Requirements:
• Reliability and punctuality in shifts
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
