Join The Burke Group as an Experienced Labour Relations Consultant in the Niagara Region's evolving healthcare landscape. This two-year, full-time position offers a chance to provide strategic insights in a complex unionized environment.
Ideal candidates have substantial experience in labour relations, able to navigate workplace challenges and foster collaborative relationships. You'll guide leaders in grievance management, interpret collective agreements, and participate in collective bargaining to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver strategic labour relations advice to senior leaders
• Interpret multiple collective agreements effectively
• Lead and support workplace investigations thoroughly
• Resolve grievances through collaboration with union leaders
• Contribute to projects involving workforce planning and growth
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum four years of relevant labour relations experience
• Familiarity with multi-union healthcare environments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
