In this role, you will provide support under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Therapist, helping residents engage in mobility and daily activities. Key Responsibilities
• Provide residents with mobility and exercise assistance
• Support daily living needs such as dressing and toileting
• Transport residents for rehabilitation programs and activities
• Report changes in resident condition to health professionals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment

Requirements:
• Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program required
• One year related experience or equivalent training
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively with dementia patients
