Job Description
Regina Catholic Education Center, an exceptional pre-K to 12th grade school in Iowa City, seeks an elementary School Counselor to serve grades K-6.

As an elementary counselor at Regina, your responsibilities include:
- Ignite a love of learning: Plan engaging lessons, utilize technology effectively, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse needs.
- Empower students to succeed: Guide, motivate, and challenge students to reach their full academic potential.
- Nurture faith formation: Integrate faith into lesson plans, participate in school events, and create a welcoming spiritual environment.
- Collaborate and grow: Work with colleagues, participate in professional development, and contribute to a vibrant school community.
Requirements:
- Hold a counselor license in the state of Iowa with relevant endorsements or be able to obtain the needed licensure.
- Possess a strong understanding of counseling principles.
