Brandt is currently seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Regina, SK.

This role reports to the Manager of Portals within the Customer Experience Team and focuses on growing our online sales channels. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Brandt's ecommerce roadmap, driving online revenue and profitability, and optimizing the customer experience on our ecommerce platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating web content management systems, understanding business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to plan and deliver online content.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesSite Content
  • Provide a consistent and positive user experience through expertise in web content management systems.
  • Understand internal stakeholders' business needs related to the Portal.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, deliver, and maintain online content.
  • Assist in developing operational standards for content management within the online experience.
User Experience
  • Understand the relationship between site users and Brandt.
  • Provide direct support to site users as needed.
  • Assist in developing and delivering user support materials.
  • Maintain tools for gathering user behavior analytics and feedback.
Development & Operations Team
  • Understand how web applications are built and operated.
  • Contribute to the Portal Development & Operations team.
  • Translate and communicate user behavior analytics and feedback.
  • Support testing and other application development tasks as needed.
