Beauty Advisor Job Description

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: An ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, the Beauty Advisor will reflect the brand values and customer base. Responsible for achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top line sales potential and ensuring superior service to our customers.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales
2. Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).
3. Communicate and manage agreed goals.
4. Be a specialist amongst retail artistry brands, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

Customer Service

1. Manage customer queries with sound judgement, achieving positive outcomes.
2. Collaborate with the Account Executive and Area Trainer for team training and development to meet Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.
3. Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience.

Team and Business Management

1. Proactively anticipate staffing needs, including sourcing and selecting talent, for both freelance and permanent staff.
2. Set individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plans.
3. Analyze business performance and plan strategies accordingly.
4. Promote the Tilbury Touch consistently to the team and customers.
5. Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch.
6. Create an environment of open communication, professionalism, and creativity through team meetings and collaborative management.

Operational Standards

1. Ensure the counter is 'customer ready' from open to close.
2. Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock records.
3. Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral as directed.
4. Maintain technology on the counter.
5. Raise operational issues promptly for resolution.

Store and Retail Partner Relationships

1. Establish respectful relationships with the store retail operations team.
2. Optimize team scheduling based on customer flow.
3. Maintain high standards of counter hygiene and store policies at all times.
