Key Responsibilities
- Assess supplier capability and capacity with Sourcing partners
- Resolve development risks through cross-functional alignment and decision-making
- Lead new capabilities, tools, and development methodologies
- Monitor industry innovation, materials, and manufacturing technology
- Partner on supplier technical capability, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive Product Development or related experience
- Significant experience leading large, global teams and leaders
- Strong financial and commercial acumen across product portfolios
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team culture Apply accessory product creation expertise and supplier partnership skills to advance lululemon’s quality and commercialization standards.
