Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 7-10 years in organizational change management
• Experience with complex transformations and technology implementations
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci Lead CNL's change initiatives through effective strategies and stakeholder collaboration within a fully remote setup.
