Full-time or Part-time | Fee-for-Service (FFS) Package: Excellent earning potential | Large patient base | Full admin support About the opportunity A busy and well-supported clinic in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a motivated Family Physician / General Practitioner to join its experienced team. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a high-volume Fee-for-Service practice with autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of an efficient support structure. With a strong reputation in the community and steady patient demand, this is a turnkey opportunity to establish or grow a thriving practice in one of Ontario’s most welcoming regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to a diverse patient population
- Manage a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventative cases
- Deliver care in a walk-in or booked appointment setting, depending on preference
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with on‑site staff
- Ensure continuity of care and build long‑term patient relationships Candidate Requirements
- Medical degree and valid CPSO license (or eligibility via an approved international pathway)
- CFPC certification or equivalent (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient engagement skills
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to patient‑centred care
- Interest in urgent care, chronic disease, or women's health is an asset What's on Offer
