Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, motivate, and train bakery department employees
- Manage budgets, labour costs, inventory control, and product presentation
- Order, receive, organize, rotate, and merchandise bakery products
- Implement corporate policies, procedures, and food safety requirements
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience
- Department-specific retail experience
- Experience analyzing financial reports and developing budgets
