Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, working groups, and decision discussions
- Document processes, workflows, roles, pain points, and dependencies
- Assess impacts, risks, readiness, and barriers to adoption
- Develop transition plans, roadmaps, and change strategies
- Prepare leadership recommendations, briefings, and implementation updates
Requirements:
- Experience leading business analysis or transformation activities
- Experience engaging diverse ministry stakeholders across organizational boundaries
- Experience gathering requirements and mapping current-state processes
- Strong facilitation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills Apply senior business analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and change-management expertise to support practical transition and sustained ministry adoption.
