Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound communications from drivers and clients
• Dispatch accurate and efficient routes across the province
• Monitor and support drivers' route progress in real-time
• Facilitate communication of updates and delays proactively
• Assist in route planning and scheduling to meet demand
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in dispatch or logistics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Experience with dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle pressure in a busy environment Utilize your dispatching expertise to drive success in the waste management sector at Agilus.
