About the Role
The Partner Success Manager is accountable for helping Kinaxis value added reseller (VAR) partners build productive, scalable, and predictive businesses around Kinaxis solutions. The role connects partner enablement, operating discipline, pipeline governance, and alliance management so that partners are equipped to create demand, progress opportunities, close business, and deliver a consistent customer experience. This is a hands‑on orchestration role. The Partner Success Manager works across VAR leadership, partner sellers and solution consultants, Kinaxis sales, pre‑sales, marketing, services, customer success, operations, and legal teams. The successful candidate combines strong partner relationships with rigorous execution and uses data to identify risks, remove barriers, and improve partner performance. What you will do
- Develop and manage role‑based partner enablement, onboarding, certification, product training, and ongoing knowledge programs.
- Assess partner capabilities, identify readiness gaps, and drive remediation plans with clear milestones and ownership.
- Ensure partners can effectively position Kinaxis solutions, qualify opportunities, and leverage Kinaxis resources.
- Drive adoption of approved tools, processes, programs, and new product/solution launches.
- Establish and improve partner delivery readiness and standards to ensure consistent implementation quality and customer outcomes.
- Manage partner operations, governance, business reviews, pipeline cadence, scorecards, records, approvals, and action tracking.
- Partner with VAR sales leaders to build account plans, campaigns, qualified pipeline, and revenue opportunities.
- Lead pipeline reviews, monitor opportunity progression and CRM hygiene, and coordinate internal resources to advance priority deals.
- Analyze pipeline and sales performance metrics to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
- Build strong executive and functional relationships and develop joint business plans with partners.
- Align Kinaxis and partner stakeholders on priorities, responsibilities, investments, and execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner capabilities, market coverage, industry reach, and geographic presence.
- Represent partner needs internally while balancing customer outcomes and Kinaxis business priorities. Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales or partner operations.
- Experience working with VARs, system integrators, software partners, or indirect go‑to‑market models.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and partner economics.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, measurable milestones, and effective execution across stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive engagement skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in CRM, reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and functions with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience in supply chain planning, SaaS, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
- Preferred: Experience managing global/multi-regional partner portfolios, partner enablement, certifications, demand generation, channel programs, or complex co‑sell models. #Intermediate, #Senior #LI-GP1 Work With Impact: Ou
