Techso is looking to expand its IT team. You will be working as a DevOps Specialist to meet the needs of our Montreal-based customers.

Job Description

DevOps Specialist [#DevOps] Location Montréal

Responsibilities

- Work with our customers to configure systems to the distinct needs of each project
- Design and implement Cloud architectures and infrastructure (AWX, Azure)
- Deployment, Monitoring and Maintenance in Operational Conditions (MCO), administration, troubleshooting, tuning...
- Continuous improvement of our technical base (Git, Ansible, Terraform...)
- Training design and delivery
- Participate in an on-call rotation and sometimes outside regular hours (weekends)
- Ensure that the solution is delivered according to the quality, costs and deadlines previously agreed with the client

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3 years+ of working experience in a Linux environment
- Strong experience of a Linux environment (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian)
- Knowledge of a cloud environment and its components (Azure or AWS)
- Experience using Open Source applications
- Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform...)
- Experience with virtualization/containerization tools (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Python and/or Bash
- Good relationship, love of Ops and teamwork
- Bilingual French/English
