Drive impactful planning in Edmonton as a Business Planning Analyst with the Ministry of Education and Childcare. This full-time position focuses on business planning and strategic reporting.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Planning, this analyst role is pivotal in supporting the Ministry of Education and Childcare's initiatives. You will coordinate business planning, provide analysis, and contribute to corporate processes to align with ministry and government priorities. This full-time position necessitates strong research and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate ministry business planning and reporting processes
• Conduct research and analysis for informed recommendations
• Collaborate with branches to ensure timely deliverables
• Identify improvements for planning tools and reporting practices
• Develop relationships with stakeholders for coordinated responses
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing timelines Support the forward-thinking initiatives of the Ministry with your planning and analytical expertise.
