About the Job The Senior Marketing Manager will lead demand generation initiatives, drive integrated campaigns, and enhance lead generation efforts across multiple channels. This role is designed for an experienced digital marketer with 8+ years of experience in managing demand generation initiatives in a B2B company. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. Oversee digital content creation, ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Develop and execute clear demand generation plans and campaigns while ensuring the sales team is briefed, trained and furnished with appropriate collaterals Assist in determining market segments and customer buying criteria, integrating this knowledge into growth hacking and demand generation activities Will pro-actively contribute to demand generation plans and content marketing plans, ensuring funnel content and outreach are aligned clearly to defined value propositions Agency Liaison & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the SEO/SEM agency, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the agency on campaign planning, performance optimization, and budget management. Review, evaluate, and optimize agency reports, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and overall ROI. Manage agency contracts, deliverables, and performance reviews to ensure maximum value and alignment. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights for ongoing optimization. Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to generate reports and track KPIs across digital channels. Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, guiding them on campaign execution, performance analysis, and skill development. Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals, collaborating with the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders to support broader business initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B, preferably in the IT services or technology sector. Proven experience managing external agencies, including SEO/SEM partners, with a strong understanding of metrics and performance optimization. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Ads). Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
