Key Responsibilities:

- Become an expert in JobTread and/or BuilderTrend, and lead its integration into our client/'s business operations.
- Customize JobTread features to fit specific home building and remodeling workflows.
- Train and support team members on using JobTread for project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align software functionality with project needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any software integration issues.
- Monitor and optimize software usage to ensure maximum efficiency and value.
- Create user guides and reference materials for easy software adoption.
- Stay updated on software developments and recommend enhancements to improve business outcomes.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Minimum of 1-2 years in the construction or building industry, ideally as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software such as BuilderTrend, is a big plus.
- Great understanding of computers, programs, and technology.
- Understanding of home building or remodeling industry workflows and processes.
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-directed approach.
- Strong ability to train and support individuals with varying tech proficiencies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinker who can tackle challenges head-on.

Compensation:

- Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
- 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, and your birthday off
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm EST
- Fully remote, work-from-home position with occasional travel for training or team meetings
- May be required occasionally for after-hours meetings or extra hours as needed
