AI Innovation Lead Diagnostic Imaging

Shape diagnostic imaging innovation at MIC Medical Imaging through AI strategy, workflow optimization, and practical technology adoption across clinical environments. The AI & Digital Innovation Lead will build MIC’s AI capability and identify valuable opportunities across healthcare operations. You will work with radiologists, technologists, operational leaders, and technology teams. Your focus includes evaluating solutions, leading pilots, and introducing AI responsibly into clinical and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop MIC’s AI and digital innovation roadmap
- Identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors
- Lead pilots, implementations, and adoption efforts
- Establish governance and measure technology results

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in technology or related field
- Experience in diagnostic imaging, digital health, or healthcare innovation
- Strong understanding of technology and practical solutions
- Ability to work effectively with clinical and technical teams
- Experience leading initiatives through implementation and monitoring Bring healthcare knowledge, technology understanding, and innovation leadership to MIC’s evolving diagnostic imaging AI capability.
