Preference will be given to candidates with a strong record of administrative leadership, producing experience, and the ability to lead a department through a rapidly changing 21st century. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of collaborative leadership and a clear commitment to continuing to develop the Department’s standing within the University, within Canada, and internationally; will bring appreciation and respect for the unique contributions of members of the theatre department and be committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and intercultural and interdisciplinary collaboration; will teach in their area of specialization; be responsible for Studio Theatre programming, and the management of the Timms Centre for the Arts.
