Role :
The role of the operator is to ensure the start-up of the equipment under his responsibility according to precise operating procedures established by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Adjust equipment;

- Operate equipment (control panels, computer terminals or other);

- Monitor indicators, computer readings and control screens;

- Perform established quality tests, and make necessary adjustments;

- Complete production records;

- Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations and company policies

- Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper functioning of production equipment

- Perform various tasks required by his supervisor in connection with production

- Ensure the finished product is of the highest quality

- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times

- Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products

- Rinse surfaces and equipment with water from high and low pressure systems

- Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals in accordance with protocols and procedures

- Perform daily tasks, including, but not limited to, emptying and replenishing garbage and recycling bins; replenishing hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towel dispenser replenishing cup dispenser; replenishing and maintaining the health inventory, etc.
